These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Global Ready AIEval (the "Service").

Global Ready AIEval is the name used for the online training and career-preparation platform operated by John Chiatu Bimi.

By creating an account, purchasing a product, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable German or European Union law.

1. About Global Ready AIEval

Global Ready AIEval is an independent online education and career-preparation platform focused on AI training, AI evaluation, data annotation, AI-assisted work and related career skills.

The Service may provide:

• Educational lessons
• AI evaluation training
• Data annotation training
• RLHF and SFT learning content
• Practice assessments
• Simulated evaluation exercises
• AI-powered interview practice
• AI-generated feedback and scores
• CV and career-preparation tools
• Specialist practice exercises
• Job and opportunity information
• Coaching and mentorship
• Other related educational resources

Global Ready AIEval is designed primarily for education, skills development, practice and self-assessment.

Global Ready AIEval is not an employer, recruitment agency, staffing agency or representative of any third-party hiring platform.

2. Independence From Third-Party Platforms

Global Ready AIEval is an independent training provider.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by, or acting on behalf of Mercor, Outlier, Scale AI, Alignerr, Micro1, DataAnnotation, TELUS Digital, Appen, DataForce, OpenTrain AI, Turing, Invisible Technologies or any other third-party platform referenced through the Service, unless expressly stated otherwise.

All third-party company names, trademarks, logos and other intellectual-property rights belong to their respective owners.

References to third-party platforms are used solely for legitimate informational, educational and career-preparation purposes.

Practice exercises, simulations and case studies provided by Global Ready AIEval are independently developed unless expressly stated otherwise. They should not be interpreted as official assessment questions or materials from any third-party platform.

3. No Employment or Income Guarantee

Global Ready AIEval provides training and preparation. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in:

• Passing an assessment
• Passing an interview
• Acceptance onto a third-party platform
• Receiving a project
• Receiving employment
• Receiving freelance work
• Receiving a particular hourly rate
• Receiving a particular level of income
• Maintaining access to a third-party platform

Third-party companies control their own hiring, assessments, eligibility requirements, compensation and project availability. These requirements may change at any time without notice to us.

Testimonials and success stories represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another user will achieve the same result.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or create an account on Global Ready AIEval.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You must provide accurate information when registering or making purchases.

5. User Accounts

Your account is for your personal use. You may not:

• Share your login credentials
• Sell or transfer your account
• Allow another person to use your account
• Create an account using a false identity
• Attempt to bypass usage or credit limitations
• Use another person's account without authorisation

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

Please contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Products, Pricing and Access

Global Ready AIEval may offer:

• One-time digital purchases
• Membership packages
• AI interview credits
• Coaching packages
• Training programmes
• Subscriptions
• Other digital services

The price and features of each product will be displayed before purchase.

Where a product is sold as a one-time purchase, you will not be charged recurring fees unless recurring billing is clearly disclosed before checkout.

Access to digital products remains subject to these Terms.

We may update or improve content, features and functionality where reasonably necessary for security, technical development, legal compliance, product improvement or changes in third-party technology.

Nothing in this section removes statutory rights that consumers may have concerning digital products.

7. AI Interview Credits

Certain products may include a specified number of AI interview sessions or credits. Additional credits may also be offered separately.

The number of credits and applicable usage rules will be shown before purchase.

A credit may be consumed once an interview session has materially started.

Where a verified technical problem attributable to Global Ready AIEval prevents proper use of a purchased credit, the affected credit may be restored.

8. Coaching and Mentorship

Global Ready AIEval may provide coaching, mentorship and onboarding support.

These services are intended to provide education, explanation, career guidance and support. We do not:

• Complete third-party assessments for users
• Take interviews on behalf of users
• Impersonate applicants
• Provide guaranteed assessment answers
• Guarantee employment
• Guarantee acceptance by a platform
• Guarantee specific earnings
• Represent ourselves as employees or representatives of third-party platforms

Users remain responsible for completing their own applications, interviews and assessments.

Specific cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions may apply to coaching services and will be communicated before purchase.

9. Withdrawal and Consumer Rights

Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights under applicable German and European Union law.

Where digital content is supplied immediately following purchase, Global Ready AIEval may request the consumer's express consent to begin supplying that digital content before expiry of the statutory withdrawal period.

Where required by law, the consumer will also be asked to acknowledge the consequences that immediate supply may have for the statutory right of withdrawal.

These acknowledgements will be obtained separately during checkout where required.

Different rules may apply to coaching or other services.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

10. Artificial Intelligence Features

Certain features of Global Ready AIEval use artificial intelligence. AI may be used to generate or assist with:

• Interview questions
• Interview follow-up questions
• Practice questions
• Scores
• Feedback
• Explanations
• Recommendations
• CV suggestions
• Training guidance

Global Ready AIEval may use third-party AI technology, including services provided by Google Gemini or other AI providers.

Where users directly interact with an AI-powered feature, appropriate notice will be provided that artificial intelligence is involved.

AI-generated information can contain errors. It may be:

• Incorrect
• Incomplete
• Inconsistent
• Outdated
• Unsuitable for a user's particular circumstances

Users should independently consider AI-generated recommendations and should not treat them as professional legal, financial, psychological, recruitment or employment advice.

11. Training and Self-Assessment Only

Global Ready AIEval's AI interview simulator, assessments and scores are intended for:

Training, education, practice and self-assessment.

They are not intended to make employment decisions.

Global Ready AIEval does not use an AI interview score to determine whether a third-party employer should hire, reject or employ a user.

A high score does not guarantee employment or assessment success.

A low score does not determine that a user is unsuitable for employment.

12. Assessment Integrity and Anti-Cheating

Global Ready AIEval is designed to teach users how to perform AI evaluation work responsibly.

The Service must not be used to cheat or circumvent another company's assessment process.

Users must not use the Service to:

• Obtain real-time answers during a live assessment where assistance is prohibited
• Circumvent assessment controls
• Complete another person's assessment
• Have another person complete their assessment
• Impersonate another applicant
• Falsify skills or qualifications
• Upload leaked assessment materials
• Upload confidential hiring materials
• Upload proprietary assessment screenshots without permission
• Distribute confidential assessment questions
• Violate the terms of another platform

Users remain responsible for understanding and complying with the rules of third-party assessment and hiring platforms.

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe the Service is being used for fraudulent or prohibited assessment activity.

13. User-Provided Content

Users may submit information including:

• CVs and resumes
• Interview responses
• Written answers
• Profile information
• Feedback
• Support requests

Users retain ownership of content that they lawfully provide.

By submitting content, users permit Global Ready AIEval to process that content to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, secure and operate the Service, subject to applicable data-protection law and our Privacy Policy.

Users must have the legal right to provide any information they upload. Users should not upload:

• Another person's CV without permission
• Confidential employer information
• Leaked assessment materials
• Personal information belonging to another person without appropriate authority
• Copyrighted or proprietary content they do not have permission to share

Our processing of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original content available through Global Ready AIEval is owned by John Chiatu Bimi, operating under the name Global Ready AIEval, or by the applicable licensors.

Protected content may include:

• Lessons
• Videos
• Practice exercises
• Assessment simulations
• Interview scenarios
• Case studies
• Rubrics
• Written guides
• Training frameworks
• Graphics
• Branding
• Software

Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access purchased material for their own educational and career-development purposes.

Users may not, without permission:

• Reproduce substantial portions of the Service
• Resell training materials
• Redistribute questions or exercises
• Upload Global Ready AIEval materials to another training platform
• Create competing datasets from our content
• Scrape protected content
• Sell access to an account
• Remove copyright notices

Users may make reasonable personal notes for their own study.

15. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Global Ready AIEval does not intentionally use confidential, leaked or unlawfully obtained assessment materials belonging to third-party companies.

Training materials should be:

• Independently created
• Properly licensed
• Used with permission
• Otherwise legally available for the intended use

16. Jobs and Third-Party Opportunities

Global Ready AIEval may display information about:

• AI evaluation opportunities
• Freelance work
• Remote jobs
• Third-party platforms
• Training opportunities

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Global Ready AIEval is not the employer offering those opportunities. We do not control:

• Hiring decisions
• Applicant acceptance
• Project availability
• Pay rates
• Location restrictions
• Assessment requirements

Listings may change or expire.

Users should independently verify opportunities before providing sensitive personal information.

Users should also exercise appropriate caution regarding scams or requests for payment from unknown recruiters.

17. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Commit fraud
• Abuse or threaten other users or staff
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Introduce malicious software
• Circumvent security controls
• Scrape protected materials
• Resell access
• Reverse-engineer protected systems except where law expressly permits it
• Abuse AI features
• Circumvent credit limits
• Violate third-party rights

Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

18. Affiliate Programme

Where Global Ready AIEval offers an affiliate programme, separate affiliate conditions may apply.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their commercial relationship with Global Ready AIEval where legally required.

Affiliates may not:

• Guarantee employment
• Guarantee income
• Guarantee platform acceptance
• Create fake testimonials
• Misrepresent Global Ready AIEval
• Claim an official relationship with third-party platforms
• Engage in fraudulent self-referrals
• Engage in spam or deceptive advertising

Fraudulent commissions may be withheld where legally permitted.

19. Payments and Third-Party Providers

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Where payment information is entered directly into the payment provider's systems, Global Ready AIEval does not store users' complete payment-card details.

The Service may also rely on external providers for:

• Hosting
• Authentication
• Artificial intelligence
• Email
• Analytics
• Infrastructure

Information about how these providers may process personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy.

20. Service Availability

We aim to keep Global Ready AIEval accessible and functioning properly. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical failures
• Security incidents
• Internet or infrastructure problems
• Third-party service outages
• Legal requirements
• Events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights concerning paid digital products.

21. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that consumers have under applicable law.

This includes rights relating to digital products that are defective or fail to conform to contractual requirements.

Where mandatory law provides a consumer with a remedy, these Terms do not remove that remedy.

22. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

In particular, we do not exclude liability where applicable for:

• Intentional misconduct
• Gross negligence
• Death or personal injury
• Mandatory product-liability obligations
• An expressly assumed guarantee
• Other liability that cannot legally be excluded

Where liability results from ordinary negligence affecting an essential contractual obligation, liability may, where permitted by law, be limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable and typical for the contractual relationship.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

23. Account Suspension and Termination

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

Account deletion may be requested subject to legal data-retention obligations.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• Fraud
• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms
• Account sharing
• Assessment cheating
• Security risks
• Illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service
• Non-payment
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Where appropriate and legally required, reasonable notice or an opportunity to correct the violation will be provided.

Termination does not remove statutory consumer rights that may otherwise apply.

24. Changes to the Service

We may make reasonable changes to the Service for:

• Security
• Technical development
• Product improvement
• Legal compliance
• Regulatory requirements
• Changes in third-party services

We will not rely on this provision to arbitrarily remove material paid benefits where doing so would violate applicable consumer law.

Where applicable law requires notice concerning significant changes to a digital service, we will provide such notice.

25. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated where reasonably necessary because of:

• Changes to the Service
• New features
• Changes in applicable law
• Regulatory requirements
• Security requirements
• Changes in third-party technology

The latest version will display an updated effective date.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for material changes affecting existing users, such requirements will be followed.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, to the extent legally permitted.

Where a consumer resides in another country, this choice of law does not deprive that consumer of mandatory protections that apply under applicable consumer law.

Mandatory rules concerning consumer jurisdiction remain unaffected.

27. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
