- Another person's CV without permission

- Unnecessary health information
- Other sensitive information that is not needed for the service
You remain responsible for the information you choose to include in your CV.
8. Artificial Intelligence Processing
Global Ready AIEval uses artificial intelligence to provide certain educational and career-development features.
This may include technology provided by Google, including the Gemini API, or other AI providers that may be introduced in the future.
Information submitted to an AI-powered feature may be transmitted to the applicable AI provider to generate the requested result. This may include:
- CV text
- Interview answers
- Assessment responses
- User prompts
- Training responses
- Relevant contextual information necessary to provide feedback
AI-generated results may include:
- Scores
- Recommendations
- Feedback
- Interview questions
- Explanations
- Suggested improvements
AI Does Not Make Employment Decisions
Global Ready AIEval's AI tools are used for: education, training, practice and self-assessment. They are not used by Global Ready AIEval to decide whether you should:
- Be hired
- Be rejected for employment
- Receive a job
- Be accepted onto a third-party platform
- Receive a particular salary
- Receive a particular project
AI-generated scores do not produce legal or similarly significant employment effects.
A high score does not guarantee employment. A low score does not establish that you are unsuitable for employment.
AI Accuracy
AI-generated information can be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. Users should evaluate AI-generated career guidance before relying upon it.
9. Google Gemini and Google Services
Global Ready AIEval may use Google services to provide AI, hosting, authentication, database or infrastructure functionality. Depending on the technical configuration, these services may include:

- Google Cloud
- Firebase
- Firebase Authentication
- Cloud Firestore
- Firebase Hosting
- Other Google infrastructure services
Google may process information on our behalf in connection with these services. The precise Google services enabled in production may change as the Service develops.
Where Google acts as a processor on our behalf, we use applicable contractual and data-protection arrangements intended to comply with GDPR requirements.
Some Google services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. International transfers are addressed in Section 15.
